Key Account Manager Opportunity
The position of Key Account Manager plays a crucial role in the success of our hotel acceleration model. As part of our team, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with a portfolio of hotels.
Your primary objective will be to define goals, manage, and acquire new clients, while executing the expansion plan for assigned markets. To achieve this, you will need to optimize inventory, availability, and rate competitiveness through our Reservations Center. Negotiation skills are essential to maximize conversion and ensure the highest competitiveness index for assigned hotels.
To identify business opportunities, you will analyze demand data and booking patterns using internal tools. This information will guide the alignment of contracted products with demand from our agency network. Additionally, you will advise on online marketing and direct sales strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements for this role include a minimum of 2-3 years of experience, education in tourism or a related field, customer orientation, negotiation skills, and an advanced level of English proficiency.
