Job Description:
As a seasoned technology professional, you have the unique opportunity to design innovative solutions and drive digital transformation. Your expertise in Agile methodologies will be instrumental in optimizing workflows and improving team productivity.
Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for customer data ecosystem teams
2. Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
3. Coach teams on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks
4. Collaborate with product owners to manage product backlogs and ensure clear communication of requirements
5. Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency
6. Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging adoption of Agile best practices
7. Foster a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate
8. Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure all sprints consider data privacy and regulatory requirements
9. Facilitate integration of compliance requirements into agile development process
10. Lead efforts to align Scrum practices with organization's digital marketing strategy and goals
11. Provide guidance on managing dependencies between teams and coordinating cross-team collaboration
12. Stay current with industry trends in Agile methodologies, applying relevant advancements to improve team performance
13. Ensure team work is aligned with business objectives, delivering value to the organization
14. Provide training and mentoring to team members and other Scrum Masters within the organization
15. Lead efforts to resolve conflicts and challenges within the team, ensuring positive and productive work environment
16. Drive Change Management through coaching team and supporting them on Transformation journey by establishing clear processes and challenging them on shifting mindset
17. Oversee integration and use of Azure DevOps tools within project teams to optimize collaboration, code management, and CI/CD pipelines
18. Drive adoption of Azure DevOps features among team, ensuring they are leveraged to enhance project transparency and delivery efficiency
