Software Engineer

* Partner Management:

o Increase engagement, provide self-serve routes to support, deliver better customer service, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and implement elegant web-based business solutions.
* Contribute to fast-paced client projects and product initiatives as part of our Professional Services team.
* Help organizations build, configure, and launch their PRM or Customer Portal solutions.
* Collaborate closely with a Senior Developer to write Statements of Work (SOW) implementation notes.
* Work closely with the client's Project Manager to understand the client's needs and technical requirements.
* Ensure accurate implementation of a solution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills are critical for this role.
* A minimum 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
* A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
* Proven experience with software product development and Agile methodologies.
* Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
Excellent knowledge of: Frontend technologies (JavaScript, Vue.js, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS).
Backend technologies (C#, ASP.NET, MVC design patterns).
Database expertise (SQL databases and ORM frameworks, e.g., Entity Framework).
Solid understanding of core programming concepts (Object-Oriented Programming, RDBMS, Agile principles).
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote, multicultural team.
