Your work will directly drive sales across Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms—with immediate feedback from millions of impressions monthly.
Job Requirements
* Transform raw creator footage, UGC clips, and b-roll into persuasive short-form ads (15-90 seconds) and VSLs that convert cold traffic into buyers. You'll work across multiple products and funnels simultaneously.
* Craft hooks that stop thumbs in the first 3 seconds (pattern interrupts, bold claims, visual glitches)
* Deploy engagement disruptors: kinetic typography, callout graphics, progress bars, emoji reactions
* Optimize pacing for platform algorithms (Meta 9:16, YouTube Shorts)
* A/B test visual approaches based on performance data
Post-Production Expertise Color grading, sound design, motion graphics, and seamless transitions using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve. Your edits should feel polished but authentic—not overproduced.
Collaboration and Rapid Iteration Partner with our Creative Strategist to test new concepts weekly. Expect fast feedback cycles and the need to pivot based on real-time campaign data. Speed + quality = your competitive advantage here.

Application Process
