Strategic Relationship Builder
The Key Account Professional role at a leading gaming organization is responsible for assisting in managing and growing the high-value customer segment.
* Support the identification and onboarding of new premium clients through strategic networking and relationship building.
* Assist in the management of client relationships, ensuring exceptional satisfaction levels.
* Help implement engagement and retention strategies to increase player loyalty.
* Collaborate with senior team members to design and improve personalized offers, promotions, and incentives for high-value clients.
* Monitor key performance metrics such as betting volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV).
Essential skills include experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the gaming industry, strong interpersonal and communication skills to build long-term client relationships, basic knowledge of the gaming market, comfort working with data and reports, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
