We are an exceptional team, focused on understanding and supporting consumer and customer needs, harnessing new technology, and scaling growth opportunities.
What you'll do
* Lead the planning, design, and execution of comprehensive test strategies (functional, non-functional, regression, integration, performance, security, etc.).
* Develop and maintain detailed and efficient test plans, test cases, and automation scripts.
* Implement and manage automated tests for APIs, web, and/or mobile applications.
* Perform exploratory and risk-based manual testing when necessary.
* Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other teams to understand requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.
* Identify, document, and track defects clearly and concisely, working with development teams to resolve them.
* Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools.
* Actively participate in agile ceremonies (Scrum, Kanban).
* Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in QA and test automation.
What you'll need
* University degree in courses related to computing such as Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and Systems Analysis and Development.
* Intermediate English with a focus on understanding meetings and technical readings.
* Solid knowledge of software testing methodologies and principles.
* Hands-on experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright for web; Appium for mobile; Postman, Rest Assured for API).
* Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
* Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Azure DevOps).
* Familiarity with CI/CD and how to integrate automated tests into the pipeline.
* Analytical skills to identify failures, root causes, and propose solutions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with BDD/TDD methodologies.
Nice to have
* Experience with performance testing (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
* Experience with testing in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
