 * Conduct outbound sales activities via phone, email and social media to generate leads and schedule meetings with prospects.
 * Utilize CRM systems to track, manage and organize sales activities.
 * Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
 * Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and follow-up strategies.
 * Buid and maintain relationships with prospects to ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team.
 * Adhere to a highly organized workflow to meet daily, weekly and monthly targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications
 * Fluent English speaker.
 * 2-4 years of experience working in fast-paced environments.
 * A proactive mindset with a focus on ownership, accountability and driving results.
 * An outgoing personality with comfort making outbound calls to potential clients.
 * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
 * A highly organized and goal-oriented approach with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
