GCP Architect
The role of a GCP architect involves designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based systems using Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. This includes creating scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure to support business applications and workloads.
Mandatory Qualifications
* 13+ years of IT experience with at least 7 years in architecture, focusing on cloud solutions in GCP.
* Possession of Google Cloud Professional Certification.
* Experience in provisioning GCP resources via Terraform.
* Strong expertise in GCP services, including Cloud Services Platform, Google Kubernetes Engine, Compute Engine, Google Cloud Load Balancing, Storage, Security, Monitoring, etc.
* Knowledge of Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Key Management, Access Controls, Security Protocols, Network routing, Firewalls, ACL's, and cloud IaaS components on GCP.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, Python, or Node.js.
* Expertise in containerization, orchestration tools like Kubernetes, and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
* Ability to automate provisioning of networks and access (Organization, Routes/Firewalls, IAM, Policy).
