You will become an expert in all the destinations covered by the Contact Center, knowledgeable about local traditions, customs, religions, and events. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity by addressing customer needs and resolving their problems. Additionally, you will work toward meeting sales targets by promoting ancillary products and services. This role also involves regular collaboration with stakeholders at the destinations you serve, including hotels, suppliers, and other employees.
Skills & RequirementsWhat we're looking for:Education: Completed 3-year upper secondary educationWork Experience: Experience working in a Call/Contact Center or Customer Service roleTechnical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems, including the Microsoft Office suiteLanguage Skills: Fluency in a Nordic language, along with fluent spoken and written EnglishA natural sense of service is crucial for this role. As the first point of contact for customers, you will respond to their questions, fulfil their wishes, and enhance their overall experience. To succeed in this position, you should have strong communication skills in both your native language and English, with the ability to express yourself clearly in both writing and speaking. You must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess good problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently is essential, along with being customer-oriented and business-minded. Academic qualifications, a background in tourism, and fluency in an additional Scandinavian language are also considered advantageous.
