Job Description:
The organization seeks a Sales Manager to drive growth across LATAM. This role involves managing key accounts, developing territory plans, presenting nutraceutical ingredients to customers, collaborating with internal teams, monitoring market trends, meeting sales targets, representing the company at trade shows, and providing technical/product support to customers. Key responsibilities include:
1. Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM.
2. Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans.
3. Present nutraceutical ingredients to customers.
4. Collaborate with internal teams.
5. Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
6. Meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets.
7. Represent the company at trade shows.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM.
* Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients.
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close across multiple countries.
* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
* Self-starter comfortable working remotely.
* Proficiency with MS Office and CRM.
