Senior Product Designer (2 Openings)
Contract: 6–12 months (with possibility of extension)
Engagement Model: Independent Contractor (PJ)
We are hiringtwo Senior Designersto support a complex, enterprise-scale environment.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, navigates sophisticated stakeholder ecosystems, and drives design across overlapping product areas.
What You'll Be Doing
Lead end-to-end product design (problem framing ? user flows ? interaction patterns ? UI ? validation)
Translate ambiguous or messy requirements into clear UX direction and prioritized scope
Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working sessions to drive alignment and decision-making
Partner closely with Product and Engineering to plan increments and define trade-offs
Produce high-quality Figma deliverables (journeys, IA, wireframes, prototypes, specifications)
Coach and support mid-level designers when needed
Must-Have Requirements
Expert-level Figma execution(this is non-negotiable)
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Experience working inlarge, complex, and robust enterprise environments
Background in regulated, technical, or high-compliance industries
Ability to operate across UX and visual design
Working knowledge of research methodologies
Nice-to-Have
Experience inHealthcare or Financial Services
Analytics background
Experience with workshop tools (Miro, FigJam)
Service blueprinting experience
