About Our Role
We are seeking a skilled web developer to join our team for a part-time position in Latin America. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a proven track record of creating seamless user experiences with clean code.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop responsive websites and web applications that meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
* Write clean, scalable, efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
* Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes into functional web experiences that delight users.
* Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance the functionality and user experience of our web applications.
* Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and device compatibility to reach a wider audience.
* Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability to ensure a seamless user experience.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing websites and applications to maintain their performance and security.
* Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously improve our services.
Qualifications and Skills
* A minimum of 2 years of experience as a web developer or in a similar role.
* Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.
* Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, Ruby on Rails, and Django.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to deliver high-quality results.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining open communication with the team.
* Excellent communication skills in English (B2+).
* Currently living in Latin America.
