We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Account Manager to join our team. This key role involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with our existing and potential clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and growth on the Digistore24 platform.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple assigned accounts, providing expert support and guidance to facilitate business development and revenue generation opportunities. Key skills required include direct response marketing knowledge, strategy implementation and negotiation, strong verbal and written communication, proactive problem solving, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities of this role include:
* Providing daily support to all accounts through navigation of the Digistore24 platform, including introduction of new features, issue resolution, and addressing concerns
* Fostering continued business with accounts by nurturing relationships and providing unmatched value
* Communicating effectively with accounts in chats or video calls to ensure issues are addressed and followed up until resolution is met
* Working independently to achieve account satisfaction, as well as collaborating with team members across various departments when necessary
* Daily task tracking and weekly performance reporting according to assigned KPIs
This role requires continued self-education for both industry knowledge and platform features. Fluent English and Portuguese are essential, while fluent Spanish is a plus.
