Customer Support Expert
This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, troubleshooting complex requests, and managing the support queue to ensure timely resolutions.

* Investigate and resolve technical issues via specialized problem-solving techniques
* Provide proactive customer engagement and experience enhancement initiatives

Technical Capabilities:
* Analyze web applications using Chrome Developer Tools (Inspector) to identify JavaScript or API failures
* Utilize Postman or cURL for API testing and validation
* Perform IIS and SSL diagnostics on Windows Application Servers
