For our European Marketing Center, located in Vitoria-Gasteiz, we are looking for an
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
He/she will be joining a dynamic marketing team and in particular he/she will:
* Prepare and process internal and external documents
* Classify, record, and file documents
* Create and update databases, as well as prepare and organize reports, documents, and forms
* Update information in computer systems, spreadsheets, and databases
For this position we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person with studies in business administration.
Also required:
* Fluent speaking and writing skills in English.
* Good communication skills.
* Office computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Team working capabilities and proactive attitude for learning and progressing.
* Creativity and flexibility to work in a multinational marketing team.
