This role is responsible for leading Software Business sales efforts in South America.
As a leader in the organization, this position aims to establish a structured and sustainable business with value generation aligned with regional and global goals to achieve our ambition of being a Mobility Tech Company.You will bring a fresh perspective across all Stellantis Software's current product offerings and creatively drive more revenue from each.You will own annual targets, lead the regional commercial strategy in all fronts, including trial and subscription business, mainly focused on B2C, and ensure alignment with the Global Sales organization.Responsibilities include:Establish end-to-end Commercial StrategyManage the Subscription business ensuring achievement of business KPIsPromote optimized and best-in-class Sales Channels PerformanceEngage with the Dealer network for all Stellantis brandsMaximize software business lifetime valueLead Cross-Organization initiativesPromote & manage ad hoc global initiatives/projectsLead and develop the commercial team, promoting engagement and performance from each member in their respective responsibilitiesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, or related fieldsExperience in commercial activities within the automotive industryExperience with data visualization and deriving business insights from data setsExperience with strategic negotiationExperience with global project managementExperience with cross-functional activitiesAbility to develop commercial models and forecasts with minimal oversightAbility to build meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholdersStrong strategic communication skillsManagerial and leadership skillsAbility to think both short and long termWillingness to solve complex problems with minimal oversightProficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)Experience with subscription services and/or vehicle connected servicesAt Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
