We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Lead Consultant to lead strategic Order-to-Cash transformation on our global S/4HANA rollout projects. In this role, you will own the end-to-end functional design of the SD module, drive best-practice adoption, and ensure our solution scales with complex, multi-country business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, configure, and optimize the complete SAP S/4HANA SD Order-to-Cash process—from quotation to billing—ensuring Clean Core principles and future scalability
Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, challenging legacy processes and guiding business stakeholders toward standard SAP functionality
Design and document functional solutions covering advanced pricing, shipping, credit management, output determination, and external integrations
Diagnose and resolve integration gaps between SD and FI/CO, MM, EWM, TM, and legacy systems via API/CPI
Mentor junior and mid-level SD consultants through blueprint reviews, configuration walkthroughs, and hypercare support
Own data-migration cutover planning, integrated test scenarios (SIT/UAT), and go-live readiness across multiple regions
Need to Haves
7+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience, including at least two full-cycle S/4HANA implementations (Explore → Realize → Deploy → Hypercare)
Proven track record as SD Lead or Senior Consultant, making critical design decisions and guiding cross-functional teams
Advanced English skills—comfortable presenting solutions to C-level stakeholders and authoring detailed functional specifications
Deep expertise in S/4HANA-specific features: aATP, Settlement Management, BRF+ Output Management, and embedded analytics
Nice to Haves
Prior experience in global rollouts or multi-country template design
Working knowledge of Fiori apps for SD and ability to read/debug ABAP
Fluency in Spanish
