We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the entire LATAM operation, ensuring smooth delivery and operational excellence.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Lead daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with corporate policies.
 * Collaborate with HR, Finance, and global teams for seamless cross-functional workflows.
 * Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to regional/global leadership.
 * Adapt and execute market-specific strategies aligned with global objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
 * A minimum of 8–12 years in senior leadership or country management, preferably in the IT/Consulting sector.
 * Strong people management skills, with a proven track record in leading teams, driving workforce planning, employee engagement, HR processes, and HR compliance, with measurable improvement in retention.
 * Demonstrated ability to set up, scale, and manage IT/Tech teams.
 * Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with a strong track record in building trusted relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
 * Ability to translate business objectives into actionable operational and delivery plans, while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
