Job Title: UI/UX Innovation Lead
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Innovation Lead to spearhead the design of our web-based SaaS products. The successful candidate will have expertise in crafting user-friendly, high-fidelity interfaces that meet and exceed user expectations.

* Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI components to enhance user experience.
* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to develop features from concept to delivery.
* Apply UX principles to simplify complex interfaces, improve usability, and maintain visual consistency across platforms.
* Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment.
* Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and visual assets to support marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, including user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
* Proven track record of designing high-performing, user-centered interfaces.
* Strong portfolio showcasing innovative designs, process improvements, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Mastery of design tools, including Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or equivalent.
* Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
