Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns aimed at attracting qualified doctors to underserved communities.
Your primary objective will be to design and implement effective marketing strategies that showcase the value of working in these regions. This includes identifying key messaging angles, leveraging data to highlight regional demand, and crafting compelling narratives that resonate with purpose-driven physicians.
* Attracting Quality Doctors: You will work closely with our recruitment and strategy team to develop targeted marketing campaigns that appeal to qualified doctors.
* Building Doctor's Practice: Once doctors are placed, you will lead efforts to build their visibility and trust in the community through localized marketing.
Your responsibilities will include designing and executing localized marketing strategies, collaborating with recruitment and client teams, running digital paid campaigns, managing content creation, establishing marketing processes, measuring and optimizing campaigns based on data, and managing a marketing trainee.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in marketing
* Good level in English (main work language serving North American clients)
* Experience in marketing agencies or start-ups
* B2B + B2C experience
* A passion for healthcare, purpose-driven work, or community building
* You can be both hands-on/technical as well as manager
* Flexible with working hours
* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Word Press / HTML, and analytics platforms
