Main responsibilities:
* HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, training, and development;
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures; ensure compliance with labor regulations;
* Manage administrative operations including office systems, facilities;
* Ensure smooth office workflows by organizing administrative procedures, records, and daily support tasks;
* Other matters related to human resources and administration
Requisitos obrigatórios:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
* Proven experience in both HR and administrative management;
* Skills in HR systems, labor law compliance, strategic planning, and performance management;
* Excellent communication, and organizational skills;
* Language requirements: Fluent English, Portuguese speaker.
