As a Systems Professional, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing and supporting complex IT systems for enterprise clients.
* Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deploy systems technologies including servers, storage and Active Directory.
* Consult with clients to integrate new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions for critical environments.
* Manage client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
* Track project progress and time spent against agreements for service efficiency.
* Report on project outcomes and participate in ongoing technical training and development.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
* 3–4 years of experience as a Systems Engineer in an enterprise or managed services environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft 365 platforms.
* Strong knowledge of Intune and mobile device management systems.
* Familiarity with MFA and Single Sign-On solutions.
* Understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
* Ability to develop detailed systems documentation.
* Knowledge of change management, product lifecycles and client service best practices.
