Who will you be working with?Wabtec Enterprise Architecture (WEA) reports into Office of the CIO as part of Strategy and Operational Effectiveness team. WEA is focused to achieve two primary goals of Wabtec EA – one, further improve our alignment around IT strategy and two, to optimize our technology portfolio to deliver more value to the Wabtec business.The Wabtec Enterprise Architecture team collaborates regularly with its stakeholders across IT and Business to improve IT strategy alignment to Wabtec's business goals and objectives. Wabtec EA (WEA) consists of five important and inter-related 'Wabtec EA Domains' (BAITS) - Business, Application, Information (Data), Technology and Security.How will you make a difference?As a member of the Wabtec Enterprise Architecture team, working asTechnology Portfolio Management Lead (TPM Lead),you will be responsible for supporting our Application Portfolio Management activities and Application to Business Process Mapping (part of Wabtec Business Architecture). Our focus is to rationalize and simplify our technology portfolio to drive cost optimization and reduce duplicate/overlapping assets that have grown over time organically and through M&A.A key aspect for this role is to operationalize the strategy and operating model for APM Governance, work with the Wabtec Application (AppX) tea,m and expand to all of IT in future to develop plans to optimize Wabtec application and technology portfolio, conduct regular reviews, track and report on progress, and support/enable AppX teams on execution of such plans. Extend work done on Wabtec Pillar Applications and operationalize it with supporting processes and governance, including tracking, validating, and reporting.Play a key role in Application (Product) Roadmap reviews with AppX (Application) leadership and teams to improve by applying lessons learned from 2025 to drive consistency and value. This role would be required to learn and maintain WEA developed APM framework, process, and materials (Wabtec TIME Model, APM Application attributes, APM Templates, and trackers). Identify and link business processes to Wabtec applications, starting with Pillar applications (in collaboration with AppX teams).What do we want to know about you?Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
