About the job
This role supports the Country/Sub-Region Senior Manager or Head and cross-functional teams to implement regional & country operational plans and goals to strengthen partnership engagement, enable effective IB programme implementation, and support sustainable growth. The role coordinates activity and supports the delivery of support to schools throughout their IB journey as part of the regional/country support plan.
Responsibilities
* Deliver support activities to strengthen engagement with schools, groups, districts and/or school systems.
* Coordinate and contribute to the delivery of practical support that enables partners to implement IB programmes successfully in their context.
* Support awareness, understanding and recognition of IB programmes and services with relevant stakeholders through coordinated engagement and outreach.
* Gather and use data and feedback to help identify risks, opportunities and priorities within the assigned portfolio of work.
* Capture and share feedback with Managers, Senior Managers and IB teams to inform service and partner experience improvements.
Qualifications
* Experience in education partnerships, programme coordination, stakeholder engagement or account coordination.
* Familiarity with public, private and/or international education systems.
* IB Educator Network experience or other IB-related roles desirable.
* Fluent in English; relevant local language skills desirable.
* Strong organisational, coordination and project management skills.
* Ability to analyse and report data accurately.
