General Job DescriptionUnder general guidance, performs the following activities:Responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services in the Pharma operation and for maintaining the warehouse within current legislation.Monitor temperature, humidity, and pest control in areas exclusive to pharmaceutical products.Manage supplies and resources, control disposal of pharmaceutical products and materials.Suggest process changes to meet health surveillance requirements.Ensure the quality of medicines during entry, storage, and exit.Establish storage criteria with a dedicated area for medicines and issue reports and opinions.Assemble and train staff for Pharma operations and monitor processes for handling Pharma products.Know current legislation for storage and movement of medicines and guide the team in compliance.Keep all Federal, State, and Municipal licenses updated.Perform other duties as assigned.Minimum Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy with active CRF registration.Experience: At least two (2) years in pharmaceutical logistics and labeling/packaging processes.Skills:Accuracy & Attention to DetailMicrosoft Office & PC SkillsPlanning & Organizing SkillsInterpersonal SkillsProblem Solving SkillsCommunication Skills (written and verbal)Ability to plan and monitor indicatorsFedEx is recognized as a world-class company, consistently awarded as a great place to work, a technology innovator, and one of the most admired brands globally.
