Technical Interview Expert
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team of freelance technical interviewers. As a key member of our community, you will leverage your technical expertise to evaluate candidates' problem-solving abilities and overall fit.
This is a remote role with flexible scheduling and a per-interview payment structure. You will have the opportunity to work on various technology domains and collaborate with a worldwide community of expert interviewers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct structured technical interviews online across multiple technology roles.
* Evaluate candidates on coding, design principles, architecture, and problem-solving.
* Provide fair and unbiased assessments of candidate performance.
* Stay updated with the latest technologies and interview best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 8+ years of hands-on technical experience in one or more of the following domains: Java Developers, Python Developers, .NET Developers, C++ Developers, JavaScript / Frontend Developers, Full-Stack Developers, Machine Learning / AI Engineers, Data Engineers, Cloud Engineers / Architects, Mobile Developers, DevOps / SRE Engineers, Cybersecurity Engineers, QA Automation Engineers.
* Strong knowledge of coding, architecture, and design patterns.
* Prior experience in interviewing, mentoring, or technical training preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish.
