Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our products and services to new and existing customers in the LATAM region.
Your primary focus will be on developing pipeline opportunities, achieving quota targets, and establishing key relationships within assigned accounts.
You will work closely with our Account Executives to target high-value prospects, articulate business value, and gather prospect needs and initiatives. You will also be responsible for documenting activity using Salesforce and maintaining accurate customer and pipeline information.

Requirements
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish.
* 2-4 years' sales experience in software, customer-focused, results-driven, excellent communicator.
