Delivery Execution Lead
As a seasoned Delivery Execution Lead, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end delivery of complex initiatives. This role sits at the center of business and engineering - translating priorities into action, driving clarity, and ensuring work is delivered with quality and consistency.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that requires someone who enjoys taking ownership, navigating ambiguity, and keeping teams aligned and moving. You will partner closely with engineering teams to manage work intake, backlog grooming, prioritization, and task tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage delivery plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and resource coordination
* Partner with engineering teams to prioritize tasks and manage the backlog
* Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and driving alignment across teams
* Identify and mitigate risks, resolve blockers, and adjust plans as priorities evolve
* Facilitate working sessions, stand-ups, planning meetings, and stakeholder workshops as needed
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience leading delivery for complex projects or initiatives
* Strong experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or similar)
* Hands-on experience using Jira for backlog management and delivery tracking
* Proven ability to work effectively with engineering teams and business stakeholders
* Strong communication skills and comfort working in a client-facing role
* Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and bring structure and clarity
