Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in Latin America. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing territory sales plans that align with corporate objectives.

Your primary objective will be to build strong pipelines and long-term relationships with clients, prospects, and key stakeholders through regular engagement and business reviews.

You will also be responsible for coordinating the set-up and future management of an agency's network, while monitoring competitors, market trends, and risks.

In addition, you will support tenders, prepare quotations, negotiate agreements, and contribute to closing sales.

As a representative of our company, you will represent us at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions to promote our services and strengthen our brand presence in the region.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* 8-10 years of proven experience in sales, business development, and account management within the logistics/transportation sector (ocean and air freight, import/export), with a strong track record in Latin American markets.
* Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (oral and written).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with CRM systems.
* Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Brazil, Argentina, wider Latin America, and occasionally to our headquarters in Europe.

* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver growth.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
* Consultative sales approach with proven negotiation skills.
* Ability to build strong client and stakeholder relationships at all levels.
* Self-motivated, resilient, and results driven.
