Salary $17.39 - $27.83 Hourly $36,179 - $57,886 Annually This position is a Pay Band HB Job Purpose This position provides direct personal care and support to residents in long-term care facilities, ensuring quality care and adherence to policies. Care may include working with adolescents, adults, and geriatric residents. Key Responsibilities Answer call signals, assist with activities of daily living, review dietary restrictions, and record food and liquid intake. Ensure residents' needs are met compassionately and effectively. Customer Focus Residents of long-term care facilities. Ideal Candidate Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; handle residents tactfully; work independently with integrity; and collaborate effectively with staff and support agencies. Minimum Qualifications Certification as a CMA, HHA, or CNA, or eligibility to attain certification. Employment Requirements Must possess or obtain CNA certification within four months; pass pre-employment and random drug testing; complete HIPAA training; and work shifts including weekends and holidays. Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds. Working Conditions Work in various nursing areas, communicate with residents and staff, and be prepared for exposure to infectious conditions.
