Main Responsibilities:
* Design and Implement Systems Technologies: servers, storage, and Active Directory solutions.
* Consult with Clients: integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Collaborate with Engineering Teams: delivering tailored business solutions for critical environments.
* Manage Client Support Tickets: maintaining clear communication and documentation.
* Track Time Against Project Agreements: ensuring service efficiency and profitability.
* Report on Project Progress: participating in ongoing technical training and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 3–4 years of experience as a Solution Architect or equivalent in enterprise or managed service environments.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, including Intune and mobile device management.
* A strong background in MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
* Proficiency with Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
* A proven ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation.
* Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices.
