You will partner with finance and operational leaders to understand planning and performance requirements, then design and deliver Planning Analytics solutions that improve decision making, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.You will take ownership of solution design, configuration, testing, and ongoing enhancement, ensuring each phase of delivery drives measurable value. Given the multi year nature of the program, you will also contribute to roadmap planning, capability uplift, and knowledge transfer within the local team.ResponsibilitiesDeliver end to end Planning Analytics implementations, from discovery and design through to deployment and optimisation.Build scalable models and workflows aligned to client strategy and regulatory requirements.Identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities across the program lifecycle.Use tools such as PAW and related components to create intuitive and effective user experiences.Support ongoing enhancement of existing models as the broader transformation evolves.Collaborate with global and local stakeholders across Brazil and international offices.Candidate ProfileYou have hands on experience delivering cloud based Planning Analytics solutions within consulting or large scale enterprise environments. You understand how planning models integrate with broader finance, data, and reporting ecosystems, and you are confident working with tools such as PAW and PAfE. Experience with Python or SQL will be viewed favourably.You are comfortable operating in complex, multi stakeholder environments and can engage effectively with technical teams, business users, and senior executives.
