Supervise financial, human resources, procurement, and other administrative sectors.
Prepare management reports and action plans for improvements.
Negotiate contracts and deadlines.
Provide strategic information and reports for decision-making.
Plan and analyze results.
Propose and implement improvements in administrative processes.

Requirements
Degree in Administration, Accounting, or Production Engineering.
Knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (tables, formulas, charts).
Knowledge of financial and budget management.
Knowledge of process management and KPIs (Indicator Management).
Proven experience as an Administrative Manager.
Leadership experience.
Availability to travel.
Possess a driver's license and own vehicle.
Availability for a Legal Entity contract.
Willing to work also in São José de Mipibu/RN.
