We're seeking a Social Media Manager to define and execute our voice across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and X—growing an engaged U.S. audience through clear, professional, and impactful content.
This full-time, remote position is ideal for candidates based in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, or Peru.
Job Description
* Create and maintain a dynamic content calendar—crafting posts, short-form videos, and visual assets aligned with our brand.
* Develop or brief multimedia content (graphics, infographics, videos) ensuring consistent, professional brand messaging.
* Proactively respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions, transforming interactions into positive brand experiences.
* Execute campaigns to drive follower growth and engagement; regularly analyze performance metrics (reach, CTR, follower growth) to optimize content.
Responsibilities
* Content Strategy: Plan and create engaging content to increase followers and improve brand presence.
* Community Engagement: Foster a strong online community by responding to user interactions and creating a positive experience.
* Growth & Analysis: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to inform future content strategies.
Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, or X).
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
* Excellent copywriting skills—clear, concise, and professional social captions.
* Proficient with scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic multimedia creation/editing (Capcut, Canva, Adobe Spark).
