We're partnering with a global software organization that is investing heavily in AI-driven products, automation, and intelligent workflow solutions. This is an opportunity to join a growing AI & Automation team focused on building real-world applications that deliver measurable business value. The team is moving beyond experimentation and proof-of-concepts into production-grade systems used by customers and internal stakeholders. About the Role If you're a software engineer who uses AI to build better software, not someone who simply prompts AI tools, this could be a strong fit. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and deploy production-ready software solutions - Build AI-enabled applications and automation workflows - Evaluate and implement new technologies through rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept development - Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver scalable solutions - Contribute to architecture decisions, coding standards, and technical best practices - Integrate AI services, APIs, and automation platforms into business applications - Help drive the adoption of modern software development practices, including AI-assisted development Qualifications - 5+ years of software engineering experience Required Skills - Strong software design and problem-solving skills - Experience building and supporting production applications - Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools - Experience with workflow automation and process orchestration - Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and modern application architectures - Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work across multiple projects Technical Environment Experience in several of the following areas is preferred: - .NET/ C# - Node.js - React - JavaScript / TypeScript - PostgreSQL - MongoDB or document databases - REST APIs - Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) - AI integrations and automation platforms - Claude - CodeRAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) - n8n or similar workflow automation tools What Makes Someone Successful Here This team is looking for engineers who: - Can take a concept from idea to production - Know when AI-generated code is useful and when it needs refinement - Understand software engineering fundamentals beyond prompting tools - Enjoy solving business problems through automation - Thrive in environments where new technologies are evaluated and adopted quickly What This Role Is Not This is not a machine learning research position. This is not a prompt engineering role. This is a hands-on software engineering position focused on building production applications that leverage AI and automation technologies.
