About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to support the continuous improvement of Agile practices in our Product & Engineering environment. As a hands-on professional, you will facilitate Scrum ceremonies and work closely with Agile leadership to drive team performance and delivery.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in distributed teams and has experience working with SAFe practices. If you have a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and excellent collaboration skills, we encourage you to apply.
Job Responsibilities
* Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies to ensure alignment with Agile principles
* Support one or two Scrum teams and contribute to the improvement of team performance and delivery
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to implement and adopt SAFe practices
* Identify and escalate impediments impacting team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums)
* Familiarity with SAFe; certifications are a plus
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts
