* Develop and refine backlog priorities in collaboration with Product Owners to drive project success.
* Remove obstacles and streamline processes to boost quality deliverables.
* Drive efficiency by leveraging Jira and Confluence tools.
Requirements
* More than three years of experience as a Scrum Master.
* At least four years of experience in the IT industry.
* Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish.
