IT Enterprise Architect Position
This role involves building and evolving the IT ERP using ServiceNow. Key responsibilities include making strategic architecture decisions, guiding external partners, and contributing to configuration, development, and administration of ServiceNow.
* Take ownership of ServiceNow configuration and development decisions.
* Supervise and guide external partners responsible for ServiceNow application management.
* Perform tasks within ServiceNow, including configuration, development, and administration.
* Collaborate with the ServiceNow team for strategic alignment.
The selected candidate will receive training on ServiceNow usage. Expectations include prioritizing out-of-the-box functionality, following best practices, and maintaining clear communication.
