Job Description:
* Develop dynamic, customer-centric applications using Omni Studio tools such as OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
* Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical designs.
* Design and develop technical specifications and components that align with project objectives and Salesforce best practices.
* Customize and configure the Salesforce platform to meet business needs, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
* Write clean, efficient code using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies as needed.
* Implement integrations with third-party systems using Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions.
* Develop comprehensive test plans, including unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality and functionality.
* Manage deployment using tools like Salesforce DX, change sets, or version control systems, ensuring smooth transitions between environments.
* Document developed solutions, including design documents, user guides, and maintenance instructions.
* Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions, addressing issues in a timely manner.
* Monitor and optimize solution performance, ensuring operation within Salesforce governor limits.
* Work closely with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Engage with clients to gather feedback, understand evolving needs, and make recommendations for enhancements or new features.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
* Experience with Omni Studio tools, such as OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, and FlexCards.
