We are seeking highly skilled professionals to join our team as Data Management Specialists. This role is fully remote and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment supporting critical data processes.
Responsibilities include:
* Processing assignments within standard timelines (2 business days)
* Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data in MDM systems
* Collaborating with Sales, Account Management, and Finance teams
* Tracking and reporting data metrics for compliance and performance
There are two distinct specializations available:
Credit & Contract Administration
* Reviewing incoming contract documentation for discrepancies
* Performing credit checks in accordance with company policy
* Entering approved contracts into multiple systems
* Maintaining merchant documentation and following up on pending agreements
Location & Administrative Maintenance
* Setting up new locations and updating existing records in MDM
* Managing location name changes, moves, closures, and inactivations
* Supporting special projects assigned by the Data Administration Team
Requirements include:
* College degree preferred (not required)
* Professional English communication skills
* Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP and report comparison functions) for MDM profile
* Administrative experience and ORACLE knowledge for contract profile
* Ability to learn quickly and work well in a team
