Client Success Manager Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Client Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning relationships with agency clients, primarily chiropractic, dental, and medspa clinics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Becoming the main point of contact for each clinic client
* Daily client communication via calls, emails, and texts, keeping clients informed before they have to ask
* Providing clear updates on campaign performance, next steps, and upcoming improvements
* Building trust through responsiveness, proactivity, and transparency
Client Onboarding Process:
1. Leading new clients through setup, ensuring tracking, GoHighLevel, and campaigns are properly configured
2. Setting expectations around timelines, deliverables, and what strong performance looks like
3. Ensuring a smooth and confident start to each new client relationship
Campaign Monitoring and Troubleshooting:
* Reviewing ad and funnel performance daily, tracking metrics like CPL, leads generated, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate
* Identifying drops or issues early (e.g., "show rate dropped 20% this week") and diagnosing potential causes
* Suggesting actionable fixes: whether it's a follow-up tweak, schedule adjustment, or new messaging
Collaboration with Delivery Teams:
* Communicating findings and improvement plans to the right team members (media buyers, appointment setters, etc.)
* Ensuring changes are executed effectively and followed through
* Bridging the gap between performance data and hands-on execution
Your Role in This Position:
* Client performance metrics (leads, bookings, show %, close %)
* Client satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates
* Proactive, fast communication and problem-solving
* Strategic understanding of marketing and sales processes, connecting data insights to business outcomes
