The Marketing Manager will lead GCA Brazils Marketing strategy, developing and implementing multi-channel marketing initiatives to continuously strengthen the GCA brand in the market.

This role is key in reinforcing GCAs positioning as a science-driven leader within the medical community, through strong collaboration with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical societies. The position works closely with the Commercial team in a true shoulder-to-shoulder partnership, ensuring excellence in execution and full alignment with global standards and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

* Develop and implement comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
* Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, events, and traditional channels.
* Analyze market trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
* Monitor, measure, and report on marketing performance using relevant KPIs, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

Leadership & Team Management

* Manage, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals to ensure high performance and successful campaign execution.
* Foster collaboration, engagement, and continuous skill development within the team.

Cross-functional Collaboration

* Work closely with Sales, Customer Care, and Finance teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
* Ensure strong coordination between local and global teams.

Events, Training & Brand Image

* Lead the planning and execution of promotional events, congresses, and training programs, ensuring consistent branding and corporate image.
* Support product training, product experience programs, and event knowledge initiatives.

Scientific & KOL Engagement

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with KOLs and Plastic Surgery societies.
* Drive scientific marketing initiatives that reinforce the companys position as a science owner within the medical community.

Budget Management

* Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize ROI.

Continuous Improvement

* Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, digital tools, and AI-driven marketing solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical Marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
* Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
* Strong leadership, team management, and collaboration skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Analytical mindset with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in marketing tools, digital media, and the use of AI in daily business activities.
* Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
* Willingness and availability to travel.
