Job Opportunity
We are looking for a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Import/Export Process Lead. This role will involve leading or supporting UAT activities for Import/Export processes, including test planning, execution, and defect management.
In this capacity, you will collaborate with business SMEs and IT teams to ensure test coverage aligns with Client's global trade compliance and operational requirements. You will execute test scripts and validate system functionality against business processes.
You must be able to document test results and escalate issues for resolution. Additionally, if required, you may need to backfill operational tasks in Import/Export to maintain business continuity during project phases.
