Business Analyst Role
The Business Analyst is a key member of the design team responsible for delivering value-added features for sales, marketing, and billing teams. They partner with business stakeholders and solution architects to provide technical solutions and workarounds.
* Assessing business processes and system landscapes identifies opportunities for improvement. Recommending technical solutions helps to address user pain points.
* Facilitating requirements gathering and functional design sessions ensures collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
* Documenting detailed functional design specifications includes epics, features, and user stories.
* Leading refinement sessions with Scrum teams reviews feature designs, estimates effort, and prepares for sprint cycles.
* Supporting QA and UAT test planning, execution, and bug triage is essential.
* Presenting live product demonstrations and preparing release notes engages end users.
* Assisting with sprint planning, stakeholder communications, and retrospectives drives continuous improvement.
Requirements
A successful candidate will have:
* A bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
* 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product design, or related roles, ideally within CRM platforms.
* A strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into technical specifications.
* Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methods, including writing user stories and partnering with Scrum teams.
* Excellent communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
* Familiarity with CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales strongly preferred) and exposure to cloud-based solutions, APIs, and system integrations.
