Senior IT Recruiter Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and exploring candidates' real motivation and interest, validating their skills and competencies, and presenting quality talents in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in recruitment, including IT recruitment experience, with a strong background in direct headhunting of permanent and contract technology candidates.
Responsibilities include:
* In-depth technical evaluation and assessment of technology candidates.
* Full-cycle recruitment and staffing assignments for both contract and permanent placement opportunities.
* Creating job descriptions and posting jobs on various job sites and databases.
* Networking, research, and sourcing top talent.
* Preparing a qualified short list of prospective candidates.
* Candidate coordination and notification.
Qualifications include:
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
* Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written).
* STRONG teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Working experience with CRM or ATS systems.
