IT Infrastructure Specialist
We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement complex IT systems for enterprise clients.
1. Design and install systems technologies, including servers, storage, and Active Directory.
2. Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
3. Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
4. Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
5. Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.
6. Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.
Required Skills:
* 3–4 years of IT infrastructure experience in enterprise or managed service environments.
* Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365.
* Strong background in Intune and mobile device management.
* Proficiency with MFA and/or Single Sign-On solutions.
* Solid understanding of Windows Server and desktop operating systems.
* Ability to develop and maintain detailed systems documentation.
* Familiarity with change management, product lifecycles, and client service best practices.
