Project Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive project coordinator to lead our automotive UX study in São Paulo. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical toolkit, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
* This is a 3-month contract position, working approximately 40 hours per week.
* The role requires remote work with occasional on-site fieldwork for up to 2 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
* Orchestrate day-to-day study operations, including coordinating with distributed teammates and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
* Assist in moderating in-vehicle research sessions with local drivers and provide light device/IT support.
* Build and own the project plan, working closely with the Ops Manager and UX Research Lead.
* Translate consent forms, short surveys, and session notes between Portuguese and English as needed.
* Document and iterate on SOPs and data ingestion for future Brazil-based studies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
* At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, research operations, UX research, or similar roles.
* Native-level Portuguese and professional-level English (spoken and written).
* Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
* Proactive communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Familiarity with Google Workspace, project-management suites (Asana/JIRA), and basic spreadsheets.
