We're seeking a hands-on security leader to build, manage and scale our security and compliance programs.

* Develop and implement company-wide security strategies, policies and frameworks aligned with business and regulatory objectives.
* Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, vulnerability scans and incident response exercises across the organization.
* Drive security awareness and training programs to enhance company-wide accountability.
* AWS, Docker/Kubernetes and large-scale distributed systems expertise.
* Proficiency in application security (OWASP, STRIDE, TARA) and vulnerability mitigation techniques.
* Knowledge of one or more system languages (Java, C, C++, Rust, Go) and scripting languages (Python, Shell).
* 7+ years of experience in security engineering, product security or infrastructure security roles.
* Proven track record of designing and deploying security tools and frameworks at scale.
