The Business Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end order operations, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring efficient execution of contracts, production, logistics, and financial processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-functional environment.
Responsabilities:
* Manage the full sales order lifecycle, including contract preparation, validation, system entry, and order tracking;
* Ensure contractreview accuracy and compliance with internal policies;
* Monitor production schedules and lead times, coordinating with HQ to ensure timely delivery;
* Coordinate shipment planning, execution, and follow-up, ensuring on-time delivery and proper documentation;
* Act as the key liaison between Sales, Logistics, Operations, and HQ teams;
* Identify and resolve order and shipment issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution;
* Ensure consistency between system data, contracts, and invoicing;
* Support processoptimization and improve operational efficiency;
* Monitor accounts receivable, support reconciliation, and follow up on collections;
* Handle urgent requests and support daily operational activities.
Requirement:
* Chinese and English as working languages (basic Chinese communication is acceptable);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong data analysis skills;
willingness to learn ERP systems (Oracle, GSP, etc.);
* Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and service mindset;
* High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and execution capability;
* Ability to workacross time zones and coordinate with international teams.
