In this entry-level position, you will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing initiatives, including digital marketing campaigns, content creation, and social media strategies. Remuneration: 100% commission Conditional base salary(3,000 brs /month) In-House Freelance Projects Your income depends on your input as this position is structured on a Performance-based remuneration model which comprises of Commissions a Conditional base salary In-House Freelance Projects. Your commissions will consist of 10% of the revenue derived from the leads/Partnerships you successfully close or any b2b sales or contracts you secure. Your base salary will disbursed upon fulfillment of the following conditions below. - Conditional Base Salary:[2,000 Brs] Monthly. - Activation Condition: This base salary only activates after the successful completion of a 45 days probation period. - Monthly Pay out Condition:The base salary will be paid monthly, only if there is at least one paying client from your efforts in that specific calendar month. This ensures the base retainer is a support function tied to the sustained, active revenue generation of the Brazilian market. In-house Freelance Contracts: You will have the opportunity to earn from ad-hoc projects we offer that require your specific digital marketing, content creation, or strategy skills (e.g., creating a new global white paper, designing a specific social campaign for a region in or outside Brazil, or some large scope branding projects that requires your specialty). With the right skills, you can generate consistent weekly earnings and also unlock massive payouts from high-value B2B projects.
